What can you do to make your brain to obey?
We have done our job. Now, everything is up to You. These tips will be a starting point: listen to your brain and find out, what suits you and what does not. Try new things.
Print these advises and attach them on the console of your spaceship, or on your fridge: )
Don't hurry up. The more you understand, the less you need to memorize..
Just to read is not enough. When Master asks you - don't click on an answer immediately. Imagine somebody real is asking you this question. The deeper your brain thinks, the sooner you understand and memorize a material.
Speak aloud.
Speech activates other areas of human brain. If you're trying to understand something, or to remember it better, say it out loud. But it is even better to try to explain it to someone else. You will quickly learn a material, and perhaps even discover something new for yourself.
Solve tasks, make notes.
We included tasks in the course, but this is your job to solve them. And don't simply copy tasks-examples. Create a new document and begin from scratch. Physical actions during educational process increase its efficiency.
Listen to your brain.
Note, when your brain starts to get tired. If you start to work with a material in a superficial manner, or to forget what you have read a minute ago - it is time to break.

Ваш мозг должен знать, что материал курса действительно важен. Переживайте за героев наших историй. Придумайте собственные подписи к фотографиям. Поморщиться над неудачной шуткой все равно лучше, чем не почувствовать ничего.
Не читайте другой материал после курса перед сном.
Часть обучения (особенно перенос информации в долгосрочную память) происходит после того, как вы престаете заниматься. Ваш мозг не сразу усваивает информацию. Если во время обработки поступит новая информация, часть того, что вы узнали ранее, может быть потеряна. Это касатеся книг, ленты соцсети, новостей и пр.
Sense it
You brain has to know that the material is really important.
Worry about heroes of our stories. Create your own caption for photos. Wincing over a bad joke is still better than feel nothing.
Don't read other materials after the course before going to bed.
Certain part of educational process (especially information transfer into long-term memory) occurs after you have finished studies. It takes some time for your brain to digest information. If during this process new information comes, your brain may lose some part of what have been learned before. It is subject to books, social networks, news and so on.
